Who are we?
A small, independent, not-for-profit guide, put together by a handful of volunteers and operated by Digital Partnership for Regeneration and Reconnection MTÜ, a non-profit registered in Estonia. No investors and no paid listings. Some links earn us a small commission; how we work explains what that does and doesn’t change.
