Why it’s listed
Published as a W3C Community Group Report and maintained in the open on GitHub, with the latest change on 24 September 20261. It covers planet, people and prosperity, including AI and new web tech2. No trackers on the page.
The trade-off
It's long and technical; a community report, so it carries less weight than a formal W3C standard.
