Why it’s listed
Small Technology Foundation is a two-person not-for-profit in Bray, Ireland (Laura Kalbag and Aral Balkan), funded by individual supporters, and says it takes no money from surveillance capitalists1. Its 2014 to 2025 timeline shows steady work on the Small Web1.
The trade-off
A tiny team with a strong point of view; its Small Web software was still in development in 2025.
